At the time of booking, the user declares that he has read and accepted the contractual conditions and that he has the legal capacity and authority to accept them in his name and in the name of all the people included in the booking.

  • At the time of booking, the customer must communicate a mobile telephone number including the international prefix, in the event that he does not have a mobile phone it is in his interest to provide the number of the structure in which he is staying.
  • Any communication regarding the modification of the return transfer will be sent by e-mail, phone call or text message. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to monitor the presence of such communications.
  • Following the completion of the form, a “booking request” will be sent automatically by e-mail. Best Cars will take care to confirm it within 24/36 hours from the request. For bookings of a certain entity, after the confirmation you will be asked a deposit.
  • In case of cancellation or modification of your transfer (e.g. change of date, change of times, etc.), you must send an email to or call +39 347 235 9468.
  • The service can be canceled within 24 hours from the beginning of the same without any charge. With notice periods of less than twenty-four hours, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged. In case of no-show at the agreed appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged and the driver will leave the station.
  • During the night, a supplement of 15% will be applied on the basic rate of the transfer in question. The night time slot is from 22:00 to 07:00
